We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled at ANGORA ENTERPRISE INC.

 


 

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount.

 


 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

 


 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

  • Custom or special-order items (if applicable)

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items (including but not limited to products with names, initials, monograms, engravings, or any customer-specific modifications) are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, as they are produced specifically to customer specifications.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return and, once approved, place a new order separately.

 


 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–15 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or refunds. Gift cards can only be used for purchases on our store and are not transferable or redeemable outside of our website.
